Homnick Systems Named Microsoft CTEC of the Year in North America for Customer Satisfaction.
BOCA RATON, FL, January 29, 2003--- Homnick Systems, a leading provider of Training and Educational Services, announced today that it was named the Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center (CTEC) of the year in North America for Customer Satisfaction.

To earn the top Customer Satisfaction rating, Homnick Systems received the highest ratings by their students in Instructor capability and logistic support. These ratings were entered by the students into the Metrics that Matter (MTM) evaluation tool and then were verified with independent follow up after 60 days to verify the lasting impression of the education process.
